Stork Club Whiskey
The idyllic floodplain landscape of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, which resembles a river delta, extends 60 kilometers south of Berlin. The lowlands with their unique microclimate and the surrounding rye fields offer the best conditions for the production of rye whiskey.
This is where the STORK CLUB whiskey distillery, founded in 2004, is located in the picturesque village of Schlepzig. Since then, award-winning whisk(e)ys of the highest quality have been distilled and matured there. In 2010, the whisky was awarded for the first time internationally by Jim Murray`s Whisky Bible with 94 points. In 2019 STORK CLUB received the award "World's Best Rye Whiskey".
