Truecrafted Emmer Korn

Honest, natural, handmade. These are our principles and from them our Truecrafted Emmer Korn was born. The basis for our grain is the grain Emmer. One of the oldest cereals from the group of wheat species and therefore one of the oldest cultivated cereals. Emmer is spicy and strong in taste, rich in proteins and minerals. The emmer grain is characterized by two grains per spike, hence the name Zweikorn.

Our Truecrafted Emmer grain is made from the Emmer whole grain and gives our grain a nutty, slightly sweet and malty aroma with a slight hint of vanilla.

Truecrafted - We - does not aim for our grain to be as hip as possible. Instead, we want the grain to attain the place it rightfully deserves alongside highly regarded brandies and spirits.
Our Truecrafted Emmer Korn is more than Schützenfest and cellar party, it is different but down to earth, a true North German Jung. We love Northern Germany, the nature and the people. There are few parts of the country where one syllable constitutes a complete sentence.

"Jo!" is subject, predicate and object at the same time. Period, that's all it takes. Our Emmer grain is, of course, real, no frills. Period! And that is exactly the honesty of our product. No mixture of neutral alcohol and various botanicals.

Nor do we need to wear suspenders with our ripped jeans to enjoy a Korn. Nor is our face caressed by a twirled mustache, nope! We wear a beard or we don't. And if with a beard, it's naturally grown. We are natural.

With our Truecrafted Emmer Korn we want to uphold a North German tradition and underline a great craft, because Korn is unfortunately underestimated. It is more than fusel with cola.

We distill grain with calmness, craftsmanship and according to old tradition. We like to drink our Truecrafted Emmer Korn neat. Yes, and warm.

Just as the North German speaks two other languages, Platt and Ironie, our Korn is also diverse in taste. Warm, round, hearty and refined in the finish. Just like the fox sly, cunning and refined and yet cool with one ear hanging down.
