Our Truecrafted Emmer Korn is a soft and aromatic grain spirit. A strong, North German grain brandy with 39% Vol., which is nevertheless very round and malty in taste. The basis for our grain, in addition to the craftsmanship, is the Emmer whole grain. This ancient grain belongs to the sweet grasses and gives our Truecrafted Emmer Korn a nutty, slightly sweet and malty aroma with a slight vanilla note.
