This grain is something special. Not too manly and not too soft. The bast grain is what nature leaves behind. When people turn their hands to it, the grain, water and warmth become a tasty clover!
Our Truecrafted Emmer Korn is a soft and aromatic grain spirit. A strong, North German grain spirit with 39% vol., which nevertheless has a very round and malty taste. In addition to craftsmanship, the basis for our Korn is whole grain Emmer. This ancient grain belongs to the sweet grass family and gives our Truecrafted Emmer Korn a nutty, slightly sweet and malty aroma with a hint of vanilla.
