Von Freude Bier

Von Freude was there from the beginning, when craft beer was still a largely blank slate in Germany. In 2012, Martin and Natalie started brewing their own beer. Since they have always enjoyed cooking and experimenting, they had especially much fun brewing beer because of the many different recipes. In 2013, the first beer work was completed with the Amber Ale. In the same year, the first larger batch of almost 10,000 bottles was brewed in a brewery at the port of Hamburg - the foundation stone for the finest craft beer from Hamburg was laid.

After the Amber Ale, the range expanded, with Von Freude's beers characterized by a clear line. Just Pils, Das IPA and Unser Frischhopfenbier followed. Clarity not only in the assortment, but also in the design. That's Von Freude - Craft Beer, which is not just about experimental creations, but about well-made beers for everyone.
