Organic Vinegar Manufacture from Franconia-Northern Bavaria Vinegar is our passion, so our organic vinegars are produced according to traditional artisan methods. Only certified organic products are considered - without flavor enhancers, additives and without additional flavors. We focus on the essentials, namely on simple and selected lists of ingredients. A good vinegar needs time and rest to mature and develop its taste. Our company name ezzich is the old (Middle High German) name for vinegar and at the same time our company moth: tradionelle Herrstellung, but in new & old varieties. Our vinegar factory is in Großhaslach, in the district of Ansbach (northern Bavaria). Currently, we produce 14 different varieties, with an upward trend.
