Our large drawer for 4 x 250 ml of delicious ezzich organic vinegar is also the perfect gift for yourself. Put it on the table and everyone can season it again - especially suitable for vinegar lovers - who hasn't experienced it: guests come and you don't dare to prepare the salad as usual. But also perfect as a small gift to treat others to good vinegar. And the drawer was also made in the DIAKONIA workshop for people with disabilities in Neuendettelsau.

With great attention to detail and a focus on natural ingredients, we produce our vinegars - without artificial flavor enhancers, additives or flavors. Instead, we focus on artisanal production and use only controlled organic ingredients. Our vinegar production is a true artisan craft. Each variety is prepared in small quantities and regularly checked for ripeness, aroma and acidity. This gives each vinegar exactly the time it needs to mature into a unique taste experience. Only after passing the quality check is bottled by hand and lovingly labeled.
