Short introduction Schlegel's Genuss-Manufaktur "Die Wurschtler" We are a small, Franconian Genuss-Manufaktur. Handicraft, tradition and innovation characterize our self-image. Our products are not common and are characterized by intense, natural flavors. They are handcrafted with love and passion. We do not produce mass-produced goods. We obtain our premium meat exclusively from regional farms that pay attention to species-appropriate animal husbandry. We attach particular importance to the first-class quality of our spices and ingredients. We do not use any flavor enhancers, colorants or emulsifiers! With our products, you taste what is written on the label! They are spicy with that certain "zing". Craft, tradition and innovation characterize our self-image. Günther is the creative master butcher (inventor of "Bierhäxle, Kümmelbauch with bock beer, smoked bock beer and craft beer bratwurst, Silvaner liver sausage, ...") . Willi with wife Ute take care of the commercial matters of the Genuss-Manufaktur. We are a member of the Regionalbuffet Franken and original regional in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region.
