Double awake! We have roasted our certified organic coffee with a matching profile and then extracted over 16 hours in cold water. This gives our Cold Brew a particularly round, chocolaty, nutty flavor. Bitterness and acidity are hardly dissolved by the cold extraction, but you will find a good portion of caffeine in the bottle.
Depending on taste, it can be used pure with ice cubes in a glass, in combination with (oat) milk, or as a caffeine-rich base for cocktails. Attention, contains extremely high caffeine (63mg/100ml), no sugar, no frills, nothing. Just coffee and water.
