Sud Terrain - Kölsch

This recipe is based on a Kölsch-style treat. The story: Seyfried von dem Turme, a knightly descendant from Tyrol, was addicted to the art of brewing. At his castle, he boiled a wide variety of ingredients into delicious brews. Only his father was fed up with the smell and banished him to the basement of the fortress. Although there was hardly any daylight left, he was able to come up with this excellent specialty. The recipe for it is still carved on a stone on the wall.
