More information about Marder Williams pear brandy
Different types of William, such as pears from the regions of the Black Forest, South Tyrol, Provence or the Rhone Valley are separately mashed, distilled and then combined into a cuvée. In this way, we guarantee continuous quality and compensate for slight variations in the pears.
The brandy has typical fine Williams aromas. We pay attention to a lean fresh aroma without fatty and buttery notes. As a result, the brandy is not as bulky, but impresses on the palate with a pronounced mild, slightly sweet aroma. Williams is still the most popular and well-known brandy.
