More information about Marten wine yeast fire
We obtain the wine yeast from Engelhof, the southernmost winery in Germany. It is the turbidity and pulp of the grapes, which settle in the first 2 months in the wine tank as a thick pulp.
The wine yeast brandy is, due to the wine yeast oil for the stomach very pleasant and is drunk in the Baden classic after an opulent, fat meal with pleasure as "Verreißerle". The taste is complex, fresh and balanced, according to the wine from which the yeast was extracted.
