ZINGIBA contains neither colorants nor preservatives. Today, ginger is grown in almost all of Asia and exported around the world. In addition to medicinal use, ginger found its way not only into cooking pots, but also for beverages there are early examples, such as ginger ale and ginger beer. Even as a tea, ginger makes a tasty drink. Lemongrass is probably one of the most typical spices in Asian cuisine. The lower light part, the bulbs, are also cooked and give a nice fresh aroma.
