More information about Zingiba Ginger Lemongrass Liqueur
ZINGIBA contains neither colorants nor preservatives. Today, ginger is grown in almost all of Asia and exported around the world. In addition to medicinal use, ginger found its way not only into cooking pots, but also for beverages there are early examples, such as ginger ale and ginger beer. Even as a tea, ginger makes a tasty drink. Lemongrass is probably one of the most typical spices in Asian cuisine. The lower light part, the bulbs, are also cooked and give a nice fresh aroma.
The whole plant is suitable for making tea, in summer this makes a nice thirst quencher when chilled. Lemongrass has a similar flavor characteristic as ginger. Since ginger increases in pungency greatly as its concentration increases, lemongrass complements ginger without having its pungency. Both ginger and lemongrass can be grown at home and make decorative plants, but they are not hardy.
