The basis of our Heimatliebe "Alter Willi" is a pear brandy made from regional, hand-picked, fully ripe pears. To give our Heimatliebe its unique character, this fine spirit is rounded off with the juice of fully ripe pears after double distillation.
The result is balanced pear notes, seductive and fruity on the nose and palate. Perfect with fine cheeses, as a digestif after a good meal or as an accompaniment to a cozy conversation
Ingredients: Pears from regional orchards and our own orchards
Production: Double-distilled pear brandy is then rounded off with pear must.
Use: as an aperitif & digestif, cake & dessert and for enjoyment
