Small batch, big city! Whereas in our case it should rather be called "micro"-batch. Because we distill our distillates ourselves - on a 40-liter copper still. Small production for the highest quality.

Many of the ingredients for our spirits come as directly as possible from the region - like our asparagus peels for the Asparagus Gin or our sea buckthorn berries in the Sundown Gin. This is not only more sustainable - and provides the regional touch to our distillates.

We are the opposite of a "black box" - because you can look over our shoulder while we're distilling. For us, craft always means openness - and we look forward to your next visit.

Sometimes fresh and light, sometimes excitingly spicy, sometimes floral and playful: our distillates are as diverse as Berlin. We never stop experimenting and want to inspire you with ever new spirit creations.
