More information about Bawarka
After Browar Pinta has already ventured into a German beer with its DE Pils, a truly Bavarian style now follows: Bawarka is a classic Bavarian wheat beer brewed with Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops and impresses with its Bavarian charm and popular wheat character
Bawarka flows into the glass in dark amber and is wonderfully cloudy with a good dose of yeast A crown of creamy, white foam sits enthroned on the beer and exudes an enticing aroma of ripe banana, spicy yeast, caramel malt and subtle coriander The first sip reveals a full body with gentle carbonation and typical wheat notes of banana, clove, strong malt, flavorful yeast and fine spices Bawarka shows a fine balance of fruity sweetness, light acidity and beautiful spice A crisp bitterness comes into play towards the finish, adding contrast to the beer
Bawarka is not a typical wheat beer, as it is slightly less refreshing than its Bavarian counterparts Instead, the Polish interpretation boasts a full body and subtly balanced notes The brewery recommends a slice of homemade cheesecake to accompany the well-chilled wheat beer - an unusual combination that tastes great!
