More information about Browar Pinta Pilsener
As you can imagine, we are big fans of creative craft beers. We love unconventional beer styles, daring brewers, brand new techniques, modern interpretations of long-forgotten beers, unusual ingredients and intense hop varieties in rough quantities IPAs, Stouts, porters, barley wine, barrel-aged beers, ales, sour beers, porters, fruit beers and all their subcategories are our hobbyhorse We can't get enough hops and we also like to try varieties that are far removed from the strict rules of the Bavarian Purity Law
But that doesn't mean we don't appreciate the classics Franconian varieties with a down-to-earth attitude and character, lagers, pales and pilsners are just as popular with us as a crazy milkshake IPA with fruit on the list of ingredients
A simple pilsner often demands more from its creators than an imaginative craft beer The brewer cannot hide behind wacky raw materials or crazy techniques, a classic beer is mercilessly honest and requires maximum craftsmanship With their pilsner, the brewers of the Polish Browar Pinta also prove their skills: Their interpretation scores with a clean, straightforward character, crisp bitterness and its slender tartness The brew presents itself in delicately cloudy gold and crowns itself with a stately crown of snow-white foam Aroma and taste are characterized by soft malt, citrus-fresh and grassy hops, a fine acidity and the indispensable bitterness
