With Abyme Vodka and Rhizom Gin we offer you sustainable alternatives to the big liquor brands since 2015. With our independent organic spirits we set a new mixing standard to make the subculture freer from the big industry. We come from the Berlin club scene ourselves and are the first spirits company in the common good economy (ecogood.org/en). We work cooperatively and experiment in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

In our small brewery in the Kreuzviertel district of Münster, we brew classics, creative newcomers, and seasonal specialties for on-site serving and develop new recipes for our bottled beers. In doing so, we make everything transparent and have placed the production well visible behind our counter. In the guest area, the brewery invites you to chill out and enjoy the beer. Beer snacks such as cheese cubes from the Hafenkäserei Münster and other snacks round off the visit to our brewery. In addition to on-site production, we produce six varieties of our beers - Helles, Pilsners, India Pale Ale, Scottish Ale, Naturradler and Beach Brew - non-alcoholic - at friendly breweries in NRW. There we find ideal conditions to implement our recipes developed in Münster 1 to 1 and to produce small quantities for the trade.

Giessen Dry Gin: 12 meticulously selected botanicals, carefully distilled by hand in small batches, produce the essence of our city with a fruity complex aroma: the Giessen Dry Gin - inspired by Liebig and awarded many times for its excellent taste. We have made it our mission to permanently change the market of ready-to-drink coffees and to make naturally refreshing coffee enjoyment for Unterwergs accessible to everyone. Thus, we have redesigned our products from the ground up. We rely exclusively on our high quality Cold Brew coffee with a minimum of 70% per can. We have also replaced cow's milk with oat milk and banned refined sugar as an additive. The natural sweetness of our specially developed oat milk is perfectly sufficient and, in combination with its light créma, a real refreshment.

HoP4 - cold-hopped beer spirit from Stuttgart. The addition of Cascade aroma hops gives the wheat beer-based beer spirit its unique and unmistakable note. The high quality of the distillate is apparent from the moment it is poured, with its subtle yellow color and slightly oily clear color on the glass. The smell is rosy, floral and light like peach. The nose is warm, direct and slightly sweet. The middle is smooth and velvety and the finish is a light citrus note with resinous hop notes that are easy to pick out. Our noble bottles are all filled by hand, labeled, marked with batch and bottle number, this again underlines the exclusivity of our product. By annual edition is strictly limited to 500 bottles.
