In our small brewery in the Kreuzviertel district of Münster, we brew classics, creative newcomers, and seasonal specialties for on-site serving and develop new recipes for our bottled beers. In doing so, we make everything transparent and have placed the production well visible behind our counter. In the guest area, the brewery invites you to chill out and enjoy the beer. Beer snacks such as cheese cubes from the Hafenkäserei Münster and other snacks round off the visit to our brewery. In addition to on-site production, we produce six varieties of our beers - Helles, Pilsners, India Pale Ale, Scottish Ale, Naturradler and Beach Brew - non-alcoholic - at friendly breweries in NRW. There we find ideal conditions to implement our recipes developed in Münster 1 to 1 and to produce small quantities for the trade.

With love and passion we devote ourselves to the production of high quality spirits and put all our attention to the best quality. We - Lars Henning and Daniel Weinhold - the founders of the manufactory "Likörium Dresden" welcome you. The enthusiasm to produce high quality spirits has gripped us at a young age and began with the personal interest to create unusual and individual delicacies. Growing up with a direct relationship to fresh foods such as fruits and herbs from our own harvest, helped us to use them conscientiously and in appropriate combination today. At the beginning of 2014 we decided to make our passion our profession and founded the company "Likörium Dresden GmbH".

If there is non-alcoholic beer, there should also be water with a buzz! But this should also taste good; fruity sparkling water with five percent alcohol by volume in three flavors (apple, mango and lime-mint) is produced by us with the help of European cider and natural flavors. A small side effect: there are no sugars or carbohydrates in the product, nor are there any residues of gluten or sulfites. At 99 kcal per 330 ml, we are also significantly lighter than other alcoholic beverages. And since we live in the 21st century, we produce climate-neutrally and donate 3% of our sales to social projects that facilitate access to drinking water.

Vanicello stands for six delicious interpretations of the extraordinary flavor combination of lemon zest and vanilla beans. Our hotel in Thuringia's No. 1 vacation region has one of the best-stocked bars in central Germany. Our hotel bar is equipped with approx. 300 high-quality spirits. Of these, about 50 rums, 60 whiskeys and 55 gins. During the Corona restrictions we came up with the idea to create a fruity, mild and very high quality gin, which in its kind is not so often found on the market. As a powerful partner, we have Gear Gin - Spirituosenwerk at our side, which during the development phase and also continue to support us during production with a lot of know-how. We use 16-fold filtered wheat alcohol for the production. This guarantees a pure, high quality product that is free of unwanted foreign flavors. With our independent organic spirits we set a new mixing standard to make the subculture freer from the big industry. We come from the Berlin club scene ourselves and are the first spirits company in the common good economy (ecogood.org/en). We work cooperatively and experiment in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
