Your registration for our newsletter helps us by allowing us to send you news, articles, content as well as purchase offers from our assortment from now on (of course only as long as you do not unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is possible at any time). In return you take part in the free raffle.

As a reader of our magazine about the wonderful world of extraordinary beverages, you can participate in our raffle and win a special drink. We raffle the bottle among all newsletter subscribers of the respective calendar month.

The newsletter is of course free of charge. We send our newsletters several times per month. There is no set number of newsletters per month, as we always create all newsletters manually to ensure high quality. You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without giving any reason. We will only use your email address to send you our newsletter. If you have been drawn for the competition, we will ask you for a delivery address. We also use this only for shipping the raffled bottle and for no other purposes. Conditions of participation for the monthly raffle

1. all subscribers of our newsletter who are at least 18 years old and active on the day of the draw are eligible to participate. The winner has to prove that he/she is of age at the time of sending and receiving the prize.

2. all persons who have newly registered in the respective calendar month are in the lottery pot. The registration date is therefore decisive.

3. the monthly lottery always runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Example: 01.09.2022 until 30.09.2022 at 23:59.

The winner will be notified by e-mail. The prize will be delivered by mail. For this we need the desired delivery address of the winner. We will pay the shipping costs.

5. there are no costs or other obligations on the winner or the newsletter subscribers. Participation in the competition itself is also not associated with any costs.

6. the shipping of the bottle or the prize is usually carried out by the respective manufacturer or seller of the product on honest-rare.de.

7. if the winner does not respond to our prize notification within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn for the respective month.

8. false information in the competition or multiple participation with different e-mail addresses will lead to the exclusion of the subscriber from the draw. This also applies to automatic mass registrations, the use of sweepstake systems and the use of disposable e-mail addresses. Any attempt at manipulation will result in exclusion from the draw. 9.

10. the raffle is offered and carried out by us as Honest & Rare UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The prize is provided by us and usually purchased by the respective provider of the prize on our part. All trademark rights remain with their owners.
