More information about Zibärtle
Our civet trees bear small blue fruits. A wild type of plum. The stone fruit blossoms first in the year and is harvested last. In Baden also called Zibärtle (because small). Reminiscent of mirabelles or large blueberries. The long vegetation period is also noticeable in the glass. Our Zibärtle shows an amazingly bright fruit on the nose with very subtle elegant notes of marzipan.
