What is it: a sauce or an addictive something to spoon on? Peanut is in the foreground, but then the plum and the slight chili heat make an appearance. Super tasty. Warmed up, it is the ideal accompaniment to vegetable, chicken or fish kebabs and a little rice. You'll hardly be able to put your spoon down.

Ingredients: Drinking water, 25.1% PEANUTS, raw cane sugar, 12.5% plum balsamic vinegar (plum vinegar, plum juice concentrate, grape must concentrate), rock salt, basil, arrowroot starch, 0.2% chili.

Perhaps the most complicated curry sauce in the world. Almost 50 ingredients, but Volker couldn't be dissuaded from using any of them.
