When we met up with Sascha Stemberg, as is so often the case in life, it was all about one thing: good food. Passionate chefs who share ideas and, how could it be otherwise, create new delicious ideas while talking: Let's develop chutneys together with the finest ingredients, fun and lots of tasting. It was worth it. Now there's a little Stemmi in jars. Who would have thought it?

1x onion and 1864 gin chutney - 150 g
Onions are not exactly considered a culinary highlight. But here they really take off. Maybe that's because we soak the onions in 1864 gin and then season to taste. A chutney that goes perfectly with poultry and veal. But also a delight with cheese
Ingredients: Gelling sugar (gelling agent pectins (plant-based), acidifier: citric acid), 35% onions, white wine (contains sulphites), white balsamic vinegar, 2% Stemberg 1864 gin, lime juice, coriander, rock salt, juniper berries, leek, white pepper.

1x Plum and olive chutney - 150 g
Plum, Kalamata olives and red wine and: not Voodoo, no: Vadouvan. A French fermented mixture of onions, garlic, Urid lentils and lots of spices. Now it's WOW! Very nice with game dishes and sauerbraten. But also a delight with cheese.
Ingredients: 30% plums, raw cane sugar, 16% Kalamata olives, red wine (contains sulphites), apple cider vinegar, onions, dark balsamic vinegar, rock salt, vadouvan (onions, garlic, mustard, urid lentils, fenugreek, cumin, fennel, turmeric, curry leaves, sesame oil, coconut oil.

1x Blackcurrant chutney - 150 g
Intense color. Intense fruity, tart taste. Blackcurrant combines with onions, a hint of ginger and cassis liqueur to create a powerful, full-bodied whole. This goes very well with cheese and meat, such as roast beef. Or you can use it to season a dark meat sauce.
Ingredients: 45% blackcurrants, raw cane sugar, onions, port wine, red wine vinegar (contains sulphites), cassis liqueur, rock salt, ginger, apple pectin, smoked malabar pepper.

Als wir aufgrund der Krise gezwungen waren, unser Catering-Geschäft zu unterbrechen, kam uns die Idee zur Kirberg Manufaktur. Wir wollten unseren Kunden etwas Leckeres für zu Hause bieten – in Form von Gläsern, die man zu verschiedenen Anlässen genießen kann.
