Die Liebe zur Schokolade ist meine treibende Kraft, jedoch ohne die gleiche Begeisterung für Zucker. Schon als Kind konnte ich mich nicht für stark gezuckerte Milchschokoladen erwärmen. Doch meine Reise führte mich zu einer Leidenschaft für Zartbitterschokolade und schließlich zur unwiderstehlichen Kombination von kräftigem Rotwein mit dunkler Schokolade. Die „Urkugel“ N°01 entstand als erster Versuch, aus einer Leidenschaft eine gesunde Gewohnheit zu formen.
