The top-fermented, pale wheat beer has an alcohol content of 5.1% and delights its fans with hoppy, fruity aromas and a wonderfully sparkling carbonic acid that is reminiscent of fine sparkling wines Thanks to its refreshing qualities, Ayinger Bräuweisse is the perfect companion on hot summer days and tastes particularly good after a sweaty hike or a full day at work
