More information about Bavarian Nice Weizenbock
Ten years of Bavarian Nice - if that's not a reason to celebrate!
While we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and name days with cake, sparkling wine and presents, breweries have a celebratory beer befitting their status This special brew is brewed to mark festive occasions and is usually strictly limited Of course, there is also an anniversary beer to mark the tenth anniversary of one of Hanscraft & Co's crowd favorites: Christian has reissued his quaffable club beer and given it a festive sheen by means of a stately 10.0% alcohol content But Christian wouldn't be Christian if he left it at that, so he has turned the smooth wheat pale ale into a powerful wheat bock that is perfect for lagering You can secure a can and enjoy it straight away, but you could also leave it to mature in your own cellar Due to the high alcohol content and the special composition of the ingredients, the Weizenbock is delicious long after its best-before date and it may well get better and better as time goes on The basis for the experiment is a beer that smells of banana bread and caramel, which already scores points with its powerful body and wonderfully fruity aroma We already have a few examples in the cellar and are excited to see where this journey will take us

In addition to the club world, Christian also wants to conquer the upscale temples of pleasure with Hanscraft & Co. As a passionate beer drinker and connoisseur, Christian wants to make beers that can be enjoyed not only with steak from the grill but also with filet in a starred restaurant. Refined, multi-layered beers with ambition and of quality, that is the goal. That, and beers you can drink at the disco. Gone are the days when you worked on the hangover for the next day while dancing with bad beer, now there is Hanscraft & Co! But Christian does not only brew excellent beer, he also...
