More information about Kiez Keule
To celebrate the opening of their new brewery location in style, the brewers at Brewdog decided to brew three festival beers The visitors to the festival and fans of the brewery were able to enjoy
Kiez Keule is a dry-hopped Dortmund export with an alcohol content of 5.8% and a tradition that goes back a long way Originally, the beer was brewed - who would have thought it - for export In order to be able to offer Dortmund beer lovers a fresh, good product even far from the city limits of Dortmund, the local brewers decided to give their beer an extra dose of alcohol The result was a beer that was not only higher-proof but also more durable and flavorful In fact, it was so delicious that it was soon brewed not only for export purposes but also for sale in the city
Kiez Keule flows into the glass in a clear, sunny yellow gold hue and shines in all facets of amber when the light hits it A generous amount of white foam crowns the beer, which exudes an enticing aroma of tangy citrus fruits, exotic fruit and steamy coniferous forest A hint of light malt completes the aroma and makes you want to take the first sip This reveals a clean beer with a velvety-soft mouthfeel and a fine balance of hops and malt
A winning beer!
