More information about Free space Ale

Although the Freiraum in Bamberg is less than a decade old, it is already a real institution in the cathedral city Young and old come to the cozy pub to sip a beer or play a game to the relaxed sounds of the turntable

To further cement its cult status, the Freiraum team has teamed up with the guys from BroBier The illustrious team has joined forces to create Freiraum Ale: An ale with fruity diversity and crisp bitterness Freiraum's house beer is brewed with an incredible five aroma hop varieties and delights with a fine nose, refreshing taste and dangerously high drinkability

The Freiraum ale presents itself in a slightly cloudy golden hue in the glass A generous amount of airy, white foam covers the pale golden beer and exudes a tantalizing aroma of tropical fruits pineapple, mango, passion fruit and citrus fruits, Pineapple, mango, passion fruit and citrus fruits celebrate a wild party on the nose and tempt you to take your first sip The first sip reveals a light-footed beer with a juicy hop presence However, before the hops enter the stage, the malt lays a beautiful base that tastes delicately of caramel and light cereals The hops quickly gain the upper hand and flood the palate with a wave of fruit: Fresh, fruity-sweet and pleasantly sour, peach, grapefruit and passion fruit dance on the tongue A hint of pine resin and freshly mown grass complement the interplay of aromas

Fruity, slightly bitter, surprisingly sour and wonderfully refreshing - a perfect pale ale!
