Brooklyn Gin is a premium craft gin made in New York. We pride ourselves on producing high quality American gin in small batches using fresh ingredients and traditional handcrafting. Our gin is made from 100% fresh citrus and hand-picked juniper berries, combined with lavender, star anise and a touch of coriander for a complex and vibrant flavor.
Peeling the citrus fruits by hand and releasing the essential oils in the juniper berries ensures that the gin is fresh, complex and delicious - perfect for drinking neat. Each batch is made by hand in small batches and uses a single copper pot still. Our meticulous artisanal production takes 3 days to create 300 bottles of Brooklyn Premium Gin.
Enjoy Brooklyn Gin neat or in your favorite gin cocktail, like the Bee's Knees (50ml Brooklyn Gin, 12.5ml honey and 25ml fresh lemon juice, shaken with ice, strained and garnished with a lemon wedge). An ideal premium gin for any occasion and a great gift for gin lovers.

Dieser Prozess erfordert zwar etwas mehr Zeit und Aufwand, aber wir sind überzeugt, dass du bei jedem Schluck den Unterschied bemerken wirst. Unsere Wurzeln liegen tief in der Gemeinschaft von Brooklyn und ihrer reichen Kultur. Derzeit errichten wir eine neue Brennerei in der 316 Douglass Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn, um unserer Verbundenheit mit diesem einzigartigen Ort Ausdruck zu verleihen.
