Chamonix Reserve is a wonderful white wine cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, which already inspires in the glass with its bright, straw-yellow color. The bouquet harmoniously combines fruity and spicy aromas of grapefruit, figs and exotic spices. On the palate, the full-bodied white wine, which has been aged for some time in oak, also impresses with its rich fruity notes, which are underlined by a nice acidity and mineral tones. The Chamonix Reserve provides great moments of pleasure on its own, but it also accompanies dishes with seafood or fish quite excellent.
