More information about Pozo de Luna Viognier
Made from 100% own vines from the Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the grapes were destemmed and pressed at 15°C. The wine is bottled with natural cork. The harvest was limited to 5,000 kg per hectare and bottled with natural cork. Bright yellow with golden reflections.
Candied citrus peel, red apple, nectarine; scent of centifolia, a hint of orange blossom and honeysuckle. Creamy, mineral, with medium acidity and a long, balanced finish.
