This creates a unique flavor composition that is unparalleled. 12 Botanicals Create the Tangy Fresh Aroma No fewer than 12 botanicals are responsible for the special aroma of the dry gin. Six of the flavoring agents used alone consist of different citrus notes. They are individually distilled and cuvetted in precisely defined proportions to create the final product. The gin then rests for another eight weeks before it is bottled by hand and made available in stores. Only in this way can the clockers GIN develop its full range of flavors.

A gin from professionals for connoisseurs

The recipe for the spicy gin is created in collaboration with renowned master distillers and bartenders of the clockers BAR (in the former recording studio of the band Absolute Beginner in Hamburg/St. Pauli), who know exactly the demands and tastes of their guests. It is produced in the in-house distillery of the sister bar DRILLING in Hamburg's only capper distillery. Clockers Gin is available in a 500ml glass flacon with cork, which is also suitable as an alcohol gift for many occasions.
