In their coffee brewery in Marienpark in Berlin, they experiment with innovative methods to get the best out of each coffee bean. Gabriele and Markus wanted to create a different kind of lemonade with No Limo. After their nearly 50 years together in the finance and real estate business, they realized their dream of "Botanical Sodas" - No Limo is not a spritzer, not a juice, and just not a soda. They were looking for something that was refreshing and aromatically sophisticated. Their inspiration was nature with its vineyards, orchards and fresh grasses and herbs. If you look at their varieties, the lemonade experiment of a different kind has definitely succeeded: Lemon Mint & Tonka, Cherry Coffee, Raspberry Hops & Malt, and Rhubarb Lavender. Wolfgang and Tobias Fessler not only distill the finest whiskey and gin, but also continue their 600-year-old family tradition . The Fessler Mill is a regional cultural asset that is also still in operation. In addition to being responsible for the mill, the Fessler family runs a gym, produces sports nutrition, and hosts all sorts of different events in their region. The creation of the distillery's spirits is also very original. The distillery is powered by energy from its own water turbine and almost all of the ingredients for the spirits come from the surrounding area and are mostly even organically grown. The water for the whiskey and gin comes from the regional alwa mineral well source. Also, for example, the oak for the spirit barrels comes from the immediate neighborhood.
