Mezcal Ajal is made from 100% wild Cenizo agave and is produced artisan - artesanal - in our distillery, run by women, in Durango, Mexico. This means that the production is done in an authentic way with traditional methods and without additives. To ensure the preservation of the Cenizo agave, we plant four new ones with each agave harvested. Mezcal Ajal combines the smoky flavor of agave with the soft aromas of almond and refreshing citrus. The Cenizo agave gives Ajal a particularly mild finish compared to other mezcals. This makes it ideal for mixing cocktails and pure enjoyment. Mezcal Ajal was awarded one of 33 best rated mezcals by Cava in 2020, as well as the silver medal of the Academia del Mezcal y del Maguey in Mexico in 2018.

HoP4 - cold-hopped beer spirit from Stuttgart. The addition of Cascade aroma hops gives the wheat beer-based beer spirit its unique and unmistakable note. The high quality of the distillate is apparent from the moment it is poured, with its subtle yellow color and slightly oily clear color on the glass. The smell is rosy, floral and light like peach. The nose is warm, direct and slightly sweet. The middle is smooth and velvety and the finish is a light citrus note with resinous hop notes that are easy to pick out. Our noble bottles are all filled by hand, labeled, marked with batch and bottle number, this again underlines the exclusivity of our product. By annual edition is strictly limited to 500 bottles.
