Combining the complexity of Chenin Blanc with the freshness and rich mouthfeel of Sémillon - that is the idea behind Dornier Donatus White, which is also the best example of how it succeeds: A fruity floral scent with aromas of white flowers, pear and stone fruit rises to the nose, while notes of grapefruit, peach and honey on the palate make for a lovely taste experience.
