The strong orange juice of home-pressed blood oranges was the limiting factor in the production of this delicious liqueur. Therefore, our first batch is limited to 50 bottles.
The wonderful natural tartness of the blood orange juice is accompanied by the subtle sweetness of our sugar syrup. Finally, the strong blood orange aroma on the nose and palate is the result of our own distillation of the spirit of the blood orange.
Since we do not use filtration, a color gradient forms in the bottle when it is left to stand, which is caused by juice components sinking up and down. Therefore, we recommend shaking the bottle briefly before taking it out.
Ideal for pure enjoyment or gladly - like our Limoncello - frozen from the icebox.
