80% Arabica & 20% Robusta
Here comes the espresso classic in our range.
The blend of Arabica and Robusta beans form a wonderful crema when prepared in a portafilter. The strong taste is carried by aromas of dark chocolate and caramel.
For the Robusta portion, we use exclusively an "India Robusta Parchment". This variety is probably one of the highest quality robusta beans. It not only takes away the otherwise strong acidity of the espresso, but also ensures a particularly thick and fine-pored (stable) crema.
