French Melange - blend of filter coffee and espresso.
This blend of Arabica beans and a small part of espresso is created - as is typical of the French coffee tradition - from one part espresso beans (especially dark roasted) and one part light roasted beans. The long roasting of the espresso beans gives the strong taste a wonderful caramel note. The French Melange is delicious to enjoy as a latte. Recommended preparation method: french-press (coarse grind); filter: medium grind.
