When people dedicate their lives to a passion, their work usually bears impressive fruit The Hybrid Sequence Series brings together three such heartfelt projects and connects people who are already creative geniuses in their own right This collaboration has created legendary teams and a whole series of absolutely unique beers

We are talking about the breweries Freigeist Bierkultur and Stillwater Artisanal, who have brought a number of talented winemakers on board for their latest joint project The craft brewers from Germany and America are known for their extraordinary and creative beers and have made a name for themselves in the business with their craftsmanship and bold flavors Together with the winemakers, they have created a series of beer-wine hybrids, for each of which a wild ale was fermented with grapes from different grape varieties and then refined for two years in oak barrels All beers are released in limited editions and are sold in elegant 0.75 l bottles

For the hybrid Sequence 0005, the two craft brewers also worked together with the brothers Daniel and Jonas from the Brand winery The hip winemakers selected their finest Cabernet Franc grapes for the 5 hybrids This dry grape variety enriches the beer with a powerful grape aroma, a fruity acidity and a hint of citrus The barrel in which the hybrid matured for two years contributes soft wood notes and an aromatic complexity
