In a meticulous search for the perfect taste, we have chosen ingredients that characterize our Central Hessian homeland and have been with us since childhood.
In addition to juniper berry, we particularly emphasize the wonderful fruit combination of apple and rhubarb in Gießen Dry Gin and refine it florally with elegant hibiscus blossom as well as eight other exquisitely supporting botanicals.
How it all began
Our journey began on New Year's Eve 2016, when in the early hours of the following morning, with a gin & tonic in our hands, the idea and decision to create our own GI-N matured. Not all ideas that develop in such moments ever reach implementation....
We, however, held on to this passionate liquor idea and through exciting gin distilling seminars, months of full-length recipe development and a lot of love for design, released the Gießen Dry Gin in October 2018.
