More information about Palm Treez
There's something new at Gutsbrüder!
The guys from Koblenz have added a cold-hopped session pale ale to their small but fine range Palm Treez is a light and fluffy ale with a relaxed 3.7% alcohol content, brewed with Calypso, Citra and Vic Secret hops The Gutsbrüder brothers affectionately call their creation "Dosecco", which describes their light session pale ale wonderfully: Palm Treez is super fizzy, refreshing and comes in handy cans
When you pour Palm Treez into your glass, you are greeted by a gently cloudy beer in a beautiful orange-gold color The golden splendor is topped with a fine, white head that smells intensely of citrus fruits, tropical fruit, grassy and floral hops, herbs and resin The aromatic fireworks on the nose continue on the tongue: The first sip reveals a juicy beer with sparkling carbonic acid and an excellent hop bouquet Bitter, fruity, sweet and tart notes of freshly mown grass, spicy hops, summer flower meadow, pine resin, Herbs and juicy fruit on the palate The malt adds a hint of cookies that blends well with the hops The mouthfeel is creamy, although the beer comes across with a playful lightness and sparkling carbonation The finish is crisply bitter and brings a touch of fruit
