After careful distillation is adjusted to a tight drinking strength to 57% vol. Through maceration of flowers of a local field plant, the Navy Strength Gin shines in a strong blue. Responsible for this are the color pigments of this plant, which depending on the pH value - that is, in the acidic or alkaline range - in different shades of color.
This color magic happens in a purely natural way, without the addition of stabilizers or additives - solely through the power of the flower.
