More information about Schwäbisch Hall Reserve Gin
The Reserve Gin finds its "rest" in a barrel aging of chestnut wood for three months. The pre-occupancy of this barrel was a classic brandy, which has the consequence that parts of these flavors have passed into the gin.
As for the Aged Gin, no other gin producer in Germany is known to work with this method and these materials - a novelty!!!
