Jorke is a Saison beer that is mildly soured and hopped The aroma-intensive Callista and Columbus hop varieties provide a lot of flavor, while the Blaugies yeast strain gives the beer a lot of character and that little something extra

The 4.4% alcohol content makes the Saison a quaffable beer, and the light and fluffy taste of fresh, juicy citrus fruits supports this effect wonderfully
