To tame the classic to their own specifications, the brewers have spiced it up with a good dose of hops The golden brew wears a creamy crown of ivory-colored foam on the heavily clouded body and fills the room with a bouquet of ripe banana, spicy yeast and tangy citrus fruit Much better than the smell of fresh horse apples, that's for sure!
