A popular classic in the wide range of excellent wheat beers is the Kuchlbauer Weisse The pale wheat beer is naturally cloudy, down-to-earth and simply good We prefer to enjoy the Kuchlbauer Weisse with hearty home cooking: Cheese spaetzle with mountain cheese and caramelized onions or a snack go just as well with the Weisse as white sausage with sweet mustard and pretzels If you want to try the Weizen in an unusual combination, we recommend a buttery seafood risotto with spicy Parmesan cheese to go with it
