L'Avenir Single Block Chenin Blanc 2019 - White wine

The beautifully balanced acidity lingers on the palate just as long as the rich fruit flavors, which are surrounded by a light note of oak and a hint of honey. The Chenin Blanc grapes used for this wine come from old vines from a single site (Block 30) in Stellenbosch, planted in 1971. The white wine was aged for twelve months in French oak and is a real treat on its own. However, it also accompanies seafood or fish quite excellently.
