Leopard's Leap Culinaria Collection Brut Méthode Cap Classique pours into the wine glass with a beautiful, shimmering hue that has subtle pink undertones. Fruity aromas of mild gooseberries, kiwi as well as a hint of brioche make themselves known. Tasty nuances of red berries such as dried cranberry show on the palate. Elegant support is provided by the great balance between the juicy fruit and pleasant acidity. The cuvée of Chardonnay (59%), Pinot Noir (29%) and Pinot Meunier (12%) was produced according to the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle.
