More information about Vinaltura Espuma Bajío Rosé
Made from 100% own vines from the Vinaltura vineyards using the traditional double fermentation method. The first fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks and the second in the bottle.
It has a pink color with copper reflections, a fine and constant perlage, a clean and bright wine. It has a high aromatic intensity with notes of fresh fruit and nuts, with peach, orange, strawberry, hazelnuts and almonds standing out.
Wide attack on the palate with a very marked and pleasant explosion of bubbles, a balanced wine with a long persistence in the mouth with a fresh finish and a very good acidity.
