The honey for the cool blonde is made from the blossoms of countless summer flowers and gives the beer a wonderfully round, velvety-soft mouthfeel in addition to the delicate sweetness The malt and hops used come from controlled organic cultivation and form the delicious basis for this special beer

The Organic Blonde Ale from Lowlander flows into the glass in a sunny yellow honey-gold color and is adorned with a white crown of fine-pored foam From the creamy splendor, a tempting aroma of freshly squeezed lemon juice and sweet honey rises to the nose and entices you to take your first sip This reveals a light-footed beer, which, thanks to its fruity freshness, goes perfectly with creamy cheeses and roasted poultry Soft notes of fruity lemon meet spicy honey on the palate, the malt contributes a pleasant sweetness while the hops give the beer its refreshing clarity
