Vacation, summer, sun - Limoncello! The lemon liqueur gets its intensity from the bright yellow peels of the fruits that we source from Sicily, handpicked and finely peeled. Because only the thin yellow part of the peel becomes our fruity Limoncello through a process of several weeks, which is clearly distinguished from industrial mass production by its degree of sweetness and intense citrus power: Not too sweet yet clearly a liqueur, it tastes wonderfully fresh even with ice and tonic. We immediately fell in love with this delicate yellow summer drink!

Fine fruit brandies and spirits, the finest distillates from regional fruit varieties and international fruit specialties, sorted into individually distilled small batches - all this is created at mühle4, the manufactory for fine brandies on the Lower Rhine. Craft tradition, genuine expertise and a lot of love for the product - that is the recipe from which the various distillates are made - far away from industrial mass production and manufacturing. Only selected fruit is used, harvested fully ripe and sorted and cleaned by hand. This is how unique brandies are created - characterized by an unadulterated, fruit-pure and regionally typical aroma.
